At Punkhaus, we want you to be obsessed with your new home decor. If your order doesn't hit the right note, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and securely packaged in the original Punkhaus box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; remember to keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
